摘要 城市土地利用与交通系统(UrbanLand-Use and Transport System,ULUTS)是城市"生命体"活动的承载系统,研究其相互作用机理是正确识别、调控城市"病"的基础。从理论历史发展、实证经验、模型和软件分类、模型不确定性等方面对ULUTS的复杂作用机制进行了归纳总结,对城市土地利用、交通系统、区位活动和可达性之间的复杂联系进行了初步探讨,并通过文献分析、对比为深层次解决土地利用与交通问题提出了一些建议。
Abstract:A deep research on urban problem is an urgent, necessary and proper task in the process of urbanization of China, drawing more attention to the study on the interaction mechanism of land use and transport system. Earlier discussions on function mechanism of urban land-use and transport system can be seen in location theories and urban planning and evolution theories are mainly based on urban structure and function. Relationships among residential density, design, traffic, traveling modes and other factors have been also revealed according to publications. As concerns on this field are increasing dramatically, a great deal of models has been released to uncover the mysteries of urban land-use and transport system. This paper lists 6 different kinds of models, including spatial interrelation model, mathematics based operation program, random utility model, bid-rent model, and input-output model A rough review of each category is given, and the 13 most common used models are compared under a set of attributes in the text, showing that dynamic feedback, multi-path network assignment, man-machine intercommunion and disaggregated data collecting might become the important directions of urban land-use and transport system models. However, uncertainties of urban land-use and transport system and its models are seldom mentioned in literatures. It is vital to deal with the uncertainties for the further development of this field, as it would cause a great negative impact on the urban developing once an inaccurate model result is applied to aid a decision making. The paper argues that the indigenous study is still on the road. Further more, it can be expected that 3S wares (remote sensing, geography information systems and global positioning systems), especially geography information system, will become a kernel part of the urban land-use and transport system model. Thus, taking technical difficulties of coupling 3S wares with urban land-use and transport system models is a direction with great application perspective.
